TechEssayists
- Jan Chipchase, Senior Design [as in everything on the spectrum between GUI and how a person uses technology from birth to death] Researcher with Nokia. This guy is one of the ways the world will be saved (read him, you'll believe me).
- Paul Graham, inventor of what is now Yahoo! Stores, writes. (he's good. read him. now)
- Zed Shaw
- James Hague, a gameboy ASM programmer who gradually turned on and tuned in to erlang, forth, haskell, et al.. And he's brave enough to say "I've consciously tried to rewind, to go back to when programming was a tool for implementing my visions, not its own end." He's acutely intelligent but doesn't let you forget the simple things and how they often matter more.
- Maddox
- Disenchanted - a defunct band of tech essayists. See especially 2 + 2.
